After 25 years in the real estate industry, I’ve seen every type of homeowner stress…

AND AS A HOMEOWNER MYSELF, I’VE ASKED ALL THOSE QUESTIONS TOO! THAT IS EXACTLY WHY I DECIDED TO BUILD SOMETHING.

Three years ago, I set out to create a simple, intuitive way for homeowners to organize and manage everything related to their home and property—in one secure, easy-to-use place.

It turned into a true labor of love…and a massive project. Countless prototypes, late nights, testing, rebuilding, and refining—all to make sure this app actually helps people, not complicate things.

Today, I’m proud (and honestly a little emotional!) to say that Home Property Hub is finally live! It’s designed to make homeowner life easier, more organized, and a LOT less stressful…

TRACEY S. KLINE

FOUNDER & CEO


Tracey is a NYS Licensed Real Estate Broker and Owner of 315 Realty Partners. During her 25 years as a Realtor®, she has earned CRS & CBR designations and has achieved numerous sales productivity distinctions, including several high-ranking awards such as Platinum and Lifetime Achievement awards with REMAX®.

Tracey has been asked and has served on the Grievance Committee of her local board of Realtors® for several years and has been nominated for Realtor® of the Year twice. Tracey also started a successful home building company and built 19 homes in 3 years.

Her 35 years of sales & marketing, project management and customer service along with her A.A.S Degree in Accounting have created a solid foundation and a successful career in the real estate field.

KAREN P MORRISSEY

CO-FOUNDER & CFO


Karen is a Human Resources professional and a former health care actuary who is skilled in data analysis, strategic planning, business process improvement and public speaking.

Under her leadership at Syracuse University, the Office of Human Resources won the PeopleSoft Innovators Award for the design, implementation and change management overhaul of its HR/Payroll system and was recognized by PLANSPONSOR Magazine as a 2013 finalist for Plan Sponsor of the Year for the redesign and marketing of the University’s retirement plans.

Karen has a Bachelor’s Degree from College of the Holy Cross and a Masters in Mathematics from Duke University.
